8. Cancellation Policy: All purchases, orders and/or requests for any service, product, and information is non-refundable. All fees, including but not limited to require taxes, and shipping fees. These are due and payable in advance upon ordering. Upon completion of same, the service which is requested will be provided. Any questions will be answered promptly. Any further requests and/or orders that the user may to make will be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions regarding placement of orders or request for services and shall be promptly paid for by the user.
9. If any part of our agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any applicable laws, the remainder of the agreement shall continue to be in effect and valid. Any rights of The Celtic Traveler not expressly granted herein are reserved. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
Note: Purchase of Itineraries, and Personal Concierge Services do not include the cost of tickets, entrance fees, transportation fees or any other cost associated with services the client wishes to use while on their trip.
Warranty Disclosure
1. The Celtic Traveler, ITS AFFILIATED, AGENTS AND SPONSERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLOSE, TO THE MAXIUMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAT THEY ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE, NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO, OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE WEBSITE, SITE RELATED PURCHASES AND SERVICES, TRAVEL SERVICES WHICH MAY BE ARRANGED AND/OR PURCHASED PER USER?S REQUEST, AND/OR CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH MISTAKES OR OMISSIONS IN, OR DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN TRANSMISSION OR COMMUNICATION.

ALL THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS WHO PROVIDE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES THROUGH OR ON BEHALF OF The Celtic Traveler, AND WHETHER ARRANGED BY The Celtic Traveler OR NOT, ARE NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY TO The Celtic Traveler, AND THE USER AGREES The Celtic Traveler IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, AND/OR DAMAGES, EXPENSE, ACCIDENT, DELAYS, STRIKS, UNCOMMON ITINERARY CHANGES, OR ANY OCCURANCE OR ACTIVITY WHICH MAY OCCUR, ACTS OF GOD, SUPPLIER BANKRUPTCY, OR FORCE MAJEUR.
